1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or enrolling in any Programme, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our website or enrol in our Programmes.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in a Programme. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Programme Description

Anjung Code offers three structured online AI development programmes:

Programmes are delivered online and are primarily available to learners based in Malaysia, though we may accept learners from other locations at our discretion. Delivery is conducted in English.

4. Enrolment and User Accounts

Enrolment in a Programme requires submission of your contact details and payment of the programme fee. You are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of enrolment.

Access credentials to programme materials and platforms will be provided by email after payment is confirmed. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You may not share access with other individuals.

We reserve the right to remove access if we believe credentials are being shared or misused.

5. User Responsibilities

As a learner, you agree to:

6. Intellectual Property

All Content provided in our Programmes — including notes, slides, exercises, and recordings — is the intellectual property of Anjung Code. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use this Content for your personal learning during and after your programme cohort (subject to the access terms of each track).

You may not reproduce, resell, repackage, or use programme Content for commercial purposes without our written consent.

7. Payment Terms

Programme fees are quoted and charged in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Full payment is required before your cohort begins. We accept bank transfer and online payment methods as specified at the time of enrolment.

Refund policy:

If Anjung Code cancels a cohort for any reason, enrolled learners will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort.

8. Programme Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver all scheduled sessions, materials, and feedback as described. In the event that a session cannot proceed as planned, we will reschedule or provide a recording in its place.

Feedback on project submissions will be delivered within 5 working days of receipt, where possible. Delays will be communicated in advance.

We do not commit to specific employment or career outcomes as a result of completing any Programme.

9. Disclaimers

Our Programmes are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every individual purpose. We recommend that learners evaluate each Programme against their own goals before enrolling.

Nothing in our materials constitutes professional advice. The content is educational in nature.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Anjung Code shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Programmes or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Programme to which the claim relates.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Anjung Code from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your misuse of programme Content, or your conduct in shared programme spaces.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to a Programme if you breach these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of the Programme.

You may withdraw from a Programme at any time, subject to the refund policy set out in Section 7.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the matter informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

14. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Anjung Code regarding the use of our Programmes and website.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our Programmes or website after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
